7. do not back out on offers on adopts or for art, i will immediately blacklist you publically because this is a waste of my time.
8. do not take heavy inspiration off my designs, it makes me uncomfortable. you are free to ask or talk to me if you feel a design is too close to my ocs.
9. do not use my art for commercial without my permission. if you wanna use my art for keychains/stickers/etc for yourself, then you are free too. if you plan to mass produce these for people to buy, i would like you to buy commercial use rights or give me a small portion for the use of my art.
10. you're free to trace my art as long as you ask first. referencing i don't care about, i do not own poses or colors.
11. commissions must be paid upfront or after a sketch, i will not continue your commission until payment is given unless you are a trusted buyer.
12. i have the right to refuse service to anyone. if you make me uncomfortable or are rude i will refuse your commission or cancel it and refund you.
13. all nsfw commissions require an id. you must be 18 years or older. if you are found sharing a fake id with me, i will make a public story callout to warn other artist.
